Our puppies will be microchipped, wormed, vet checked and current on vaccinations. We keep our puppies for 10-12 weeks depending on the owner and the puppy. Prices are marked for each individual puppy and are based upon conformation. Each puppy will have an AKC limited registration and will be sold as a pet/companion. Breeders may be considered following a phone interview, back round check and kennel/home inspection. If needed travel expenses to be paid by buyer. Additional fees will be charged for breeding rights. (for breeding co-ownership will be with me to ensure responsible breedings)
We reserve the right to deny the sale of any puppy without explanation. We also reserve the right to terminate a Purchase Agreement on any puppy, at any time, for any reason.

Purchase Agreement and Sales Contract

1.) The Buyer agrees to provide a life-long commitment, comfortable indoor environment, prompt medical attention, proper grooming, and responsible care. This includes keeping this puppy/dog flea and tick free and up to date with vaccinations using titer testing (perfered over vacines), proper nutrition, which consists of a good quality professional feed given at regular intervals, such as Raw "BARF"/"PMR" diet or a high quality food such as Lifes Abundance or similar 4 star or greater food according to www.dogfoodadvisor.com, and fresh water available at all times. Raw diet is preferred and I promise you will be very happy with the results, but your vet won't because you will not be seeing them as often. Failure to provide proper nutrition as specified here (not by a vet who knows little about canine nutrition) will void the health guarantee. The Buyer promises to provide a safe environment for the dog, and never allow the dog to roam freely without either proper fencing or supervision. The buyer promises to not let their French bulldog jump from anything higher than 12 inches. The weight of their bodies compressing their joints can cause injury to hips, knees, elbows, neck or back. Nu-Joint vitamins are recommended and must be used to prevent joint disease. If Nu-Joint vitamins are not used the warranty is void. In addition keeping nails trimmed short will prevent mis-angulation of the hip, knee, stifle, shoulder and back preventing injury. Chronic long nails will also void the health guarantee. I will activate your puppies microchip when your puppy is registered by me through AKC. This will facilitate his/her return if lost or stolen. If the dog is lost or stolen the Seller requests to be notified.
2.) The Seller guarantees this puppy to be of sound health at the time of this sale. A health record of all shots and worming will be provided by the Seller. The Buyer agrees to take this dog to a licensed veterinarian of his choice within 48 hours of pickup (excluding weekends). Should puppy/dog be determined to have a contagious disease or to have a serious physical condition other than an infection such as Coccidia or Giardia (is easily treatable and often brought on by the stress of shipping, a new home, new food, new people, change of climate or surroundings), and the cause of which is clearly attributable to the Seller, the dog may, upon signed written diagnosis from said veterinarian, be returned for refund of the purchase price. The Buyer agrees to keep the puppy on his/her property until the puppy has received their first three consecutive vaccinations (usually done by 20 weeks). The Buyer agrees to keep their puppy away from other dogs that may be unvaccinated until the puppy has received their first three vaccinations. Failure of the Buyer to keep puppy on their property and away from unvaccinated animals voids the health guarantee. The Seller guarantees the puppy to be free from any genetic or hereditary defects that cause death or serious impairment of the vital functions in the puppy/dog for 2 years. If such an inheritable defect is documented by a veterinarian and presented to the Seller with sufficient supporting evidence, the Buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy, we will NOT pay any vet bills or shipping costs. The Seller reserves the right to have her own veterinarian examine the dog and paperwork before a decision is reached.
3.) The Seller also guarantees this puppy to be of sound temperament that is neither to shy nor vicious, as to render the dog an unfit companion. This guarantee of temperament is effective only until the dog reaches one year of age and is contingent upon reasonable proof that any defect in temperament is not the result of lack of proper care or training on the part of the buyer. If any issues in temperament arise, buyer agrees he/she is responsible as a first course of action to attend obedience training classes with his puppy as a qualified training facility in order to resolve problem through proper training. Failure to do so voids the warranty.
3.) The Seller also guarantees this puppy to be of sound temperament that is neither to shy nor vicious, as to render the dog an unfit companion. This guarantee of temperament is effective only until the dog reaches one year of age and is contingent upon reasonable proof that any defect in temperament is not the result of lack of proper care or training on the part of the buyer. 4.) If at any time the Buyer can no longer retain possession of this dog/puppy, the Buyer is to contact the Seller. The Buyer agrees that if at any time the Buyer cannot take proper care of this dog/puppy the Buyer must contact the Breeder and the Breeder will have the first choice to either: (a) take this dog/puppy back or (b) assist the Buyer in finding a suitable home for this dog/puppy. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is the said puppy/dog to be sold, leased, traded, or given away to a pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter, or similar facilities. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is the said puppy/dog to be used in dog fighting or similar activities.
5.) The Buyer agrees to contact the Seller immediately if any questions or concerns arise about the dog, such as housing, diet, health or training. If any treatment is made, we request to be notified. This provides the Buyer/Seller with an opportunity to follow up on puppies and give us important feedback and information on the health of our dogs for future generations.
6.) Registration papers will be signed on delivery. The seller will complete and turn in registration papers as to make sure that every puppy is registered. It is understood at the time of sale that this is a quality pet and it is representative of its breed. It is structurally and temperamentally suited as a companion and or obedience dog.
7.) The Buyer agrees to stay in regular contact with Benedict Family Frenchies for the life of this dog/puppy and provide regular updates and pictures. The Buyer agrees to notify the Breeder of any and all changes of address and phone number. It is the Breeder’s wish to remain in close contact with the Buyer and to have updates on the French Bulldog’s progress as often as possible. The Buyer is encouraged to call or email the Breeder with any problems or questions that they may have in raising their French Bulldog.
***Limitations of Guarantee***
This guarantee is not transferable to any other individual, group, organization, or entity. All Guarantees are null and void if this dog/puppy is spayed/neutered before two years of age or is bred before 2 years of age.
The preceding paragraphs contain conditions established to ensure the well being of the dog and to uphold and maintain the reputation of French Bulldogs and Benedict Family Frenchies. The Buyer’s agreements will continue for the dog’s life and the Seller will have the right to enforce the agreements. Any failure to uphold the terms of this agreement by the Buyer. Will void this agreement.
