It's been a while since I posted anything. All has been going great here. I am expecting 2 more female puppies from Champion parents coming from France at the end of May. I'm very excited about these 2 girls. All of my dogs are doing great. Lucy and Tater a preparing to retire at the end of this year. They have been great first dogs for me and deserve the rest. Here are a few pictures of the 2 girls and their parents. I'm so very excited!

They are here at last. Ten beautiful healthy puppies, all born naturally . It sure is amazing. I was all set for Luna to have a Cesarean Section. I brought her in and the Emergency Vet said take her home and see if she can deliver on her own, we are always here if you need us. Well she did it all the way. They were born 30-45 minutes apart, 2 at a time. See our available puppies page for pictures.

Sophie's first match show she did so good. Here she is all pooped out taking a nap before her final class best puppy. She was in a class with 6-9 month puppies. She was the only puppy 3-6 months old (5 mos). She didn't win the last one another dog did, but she did so well for being so little and tired. I heard from several people there, they though she had it. Well maybe next time. She got her non-sporting classes and we were just there for practice and fun.  Owen got a second in junior handling with her. She was so great for him. He was up against 4 other children with much older dogs and he still got a second place. So proud of them both.

First dog show is coming everyone. I'm so excited. I am showing Lucy and Sophie on May 12th in Geneva NY. Lucy is going in the open class and Sophie in the 6-9 mos. class and bred by owner classes. I can't wait. Soooo excited. Hope all is well with you. Puppies are getting close to time for spaying and neutering. Check your vets folks. Make sure you ask those hard questions.

So far everyone is doing well. No major problems. My tiny Pebbles had a bladder infection, but her puppy parents report that she is doing well. Which I found after much research, is very common in female dogs. Especially the very old and very young. All of the other puppies are doing great with no problems or at lease none that were reported. I have been doing much research on French Bulldog breeding, showing and genetics. I have to do some testing on Luna to make sure she is fit. I may take her out of my program. I will keep you all updated. If she has an issue, I will be keeping her as she is a wonderful dog and great with the babies. I have recently found from my reading that many breeders continue breeding dogs that may have a genetic defect. I am determined that this will not be me! I never want my owners to experience the loss of a puppy to a preventable disease or illness. On a lighter note everyone is well on our end. Lucy is getting ready to go into heat again now. She's been teasing Tater, so I know its coming. We will be skipping this heat and will have another breeding in 6 months. Hope everyone has a great day.
